Lealholm is located in the heart of the North York Moors National Park approximately 9 miles from Whitby.

All roads into Lealholm converge at the bridge over the River Esk, after crossing south over the bridge towards Glaisdale and Fryup, the cottage can be found on the right overlooking the village green.

Lealholm can also be reached by rail, the service between Whitby and Middlesbrough, calls at Lealholm station as well as many of the surrounding villages, please check the timetable for more information.

There is also a minibus service to Whitby.
